Case 1 - Before - Hopeless Lower Teeth

This patient had several missing lower teeth. Many of the remaining teeth were mobile due to periodontal disease. The patient was not interested in a full lower denture and preferred a "fixed" prosthesis. The plan was to remove all of the lower teeth and place 5 implants.
